To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, we will refund the gift giver.
